Traditional Bangladeshi Borhani Recipe | Refreshing Spiced Yogurt Drink

Cooking Method

  

In a large bowl or blender, add the thick yogurt.

Pour in the cold water and whisk or blend until smooth.

Add mint leaves, green chili, and chopped coriander leaves.

Add roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, mustard powder, salt, and sugar.

Blend or mix everything well until the spices are fully combined.

Taste the borhani and adjust seasoning if needed.

Chill the drink in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for the best flavor.

Stir well before serving.

Serve the borhani cold in glasses alongside biryani, pulao, or other rich meals.
