Cooking Method


  1.  In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, and water. 
  2.  Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  3.  Place salmon fillets in the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes per side. 
  4.  Pour the sauce over the salmon. 
  5.  Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the fish. 
  6.  Spoon the sauce over the salmon while cooking. 
  7.  Remove from heat once cooked through. 
  8.  Serve hot.
