Paneer & Vegetable Spring Rolls are a delicious fusion snack combining soft, protein-rich paneer with crunchy vegetables, all wrapped in a crispy golden layer. These rolls are flavorful, slightly spicy, and perfect for evening snacks, parties, or as an appetizer. The creamy texture of paneer blends beautifully with the fresh vegetables, making every bite satisfying. 

Cooking Method

 

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Add chopped cabbage, grated carrots, capsicum, and crumble paneer. Stir-fry on high flame for 3–4 minutes. Add soy sauce, black pepper, chili sauce (optional), salt, and a pinch of sugar. Mix well and cook until vegetables are slightly tender but still crunchy. Let the mixture cool. 

Step 2: Prepare the Wrappers
Place a spring roll sheet on a flat surface. Add 2 tablespoons of the paneer-vegetable filling in the center. 

Step 3: Roll the Spring Rolls
Fold the bottom over the filling, fold the sides inward, and roll tightly. Seal the edges with a flour-water paste. 

Step 4: Frying
Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the rolls on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on tissue paper. 

Step 5: Serve
Serve hot with green chutney, sweet chili sauce, or tomato ketchup.
