Peel 2–3 ripe bananas and slice them into thin rounds or लंबी slices.
In a bowl, prepare a batter using gram flour (besan), water, and spices.
Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and a pinch of garam masala to the batter.
Mix well to form a smooth, thick consistency (not too runny).
Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame.
Dip banana slices into the batter, coating them evenly.
Carefully drop them into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown and crispy from all sides.
Remove and place on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
