Cooking Method
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until light golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cook for 1–2 minutes.
Add minced beef and cook on medium flame until it changes color.
Add cumin powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
Cook until the beef is fully done and the mixture becomes dry.
Let the filling cool completely.
Fill the mixture into samosa sheets and fold into triangle shapes.
Deep fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
