Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat.
Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the pan. Scramble lightly.
Add the cooked noodles and sweet soy sauce, then toss everything together.
Season with salt and pepper, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
