Juicy Buffalo Roast Recipe | Tender and Flavorful Oven Roasted Meat

Cooking Method


  1.  Clean and pat dry the buffalo meat. 
  2.  In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, yogurt, oil, and all spices. 
  3.  Coat the meat evenly with the marinade. 
  4.  Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best results). 
  5.  Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  6.  Place the marinated meat in a roasting pan. 
  7.  Cover with foil and roast for about 60–75 minutes. 
  8.  Remove foil and roast for another 15–20 minutes until browned. 
  9.  Let the meat rest before slicing. 
  10.  Serve hot with your favorite sides.
