Cooking Method

  

Soak the almonds in warm water for about 4–6 hours or overnight.

Peel the skin from the soaked almonds.

Blend the almonds with a small amount of milk until a smooth paste forms.

In a saucepan, heat the remaining milk over medium heat.

Add the almond paste to the milk and stir well.

Add sugar or honey and mix until dissolved.

Add cardamom powder and saffron strands for flavor.

Simmer the milk for 3–5 minutes while stirring gently.

Pour into a glass or cup and garnish with chopped nuts.

Serve warm or chilled according to preference
