Prepare Dough: Mix all-purpose flour with salt and a little oil. Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mash boiled sweet potatoes. Add salt and spices like cumin powder and a pinch of chili powder. Mix well.
Shape Samosas: Divide dough into small balls, roll into oval shapes, cut in half, form cones, and fill with sweet potato mixture. Seal edges with water.
Frying: Heat oil on medium flame and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Serve hot with mint chutney or date-tamarind chutney.
