Cooking Method


  1.  Mix cooked rice with rice vinegar and sugar. Let it cool. 
  2.  Place seasoned rice in a serving bowl. 
  3.  Arrange salmon, tuna, shrimp, and vegetables on top. 
  4.  Add avocado, cucumber, and carrot for color and texture. 
  5.  Garnish with nori strips and sesame seeds. 
  6.  Serve fresh with soy sauce and wasabi.
