Garlic Samosa is a bold and flavorful variation of the traditional samosa, featuring a spicy filling of garlic paste, mashed potatoes, and aromatic spices. With its strong garlic punch and crispy outer layer, this snack is perfect for those who love intense and spicy flavors. 

Cooking Method

Prepare Dough: Mix all-purpose flour with salt and a little oil. Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes. 

Prepare Filling: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and sauté until fragrant. Add mashed boiled potatoes, salt, and spices. Mix well and cook for 3–4 minutes. Let it cool. 

Shape Samosas: Divide dough into small balls, roll into oval shapes, cut in half, form cones, and fill with garlic potato mixture. Seal edges with water. 

Frying: Heat oil on medium flame and deep fry until golden brown and crispy. 

Serve: Serve hot with spicy chutney or garlic dip.
