In a bowl, combine minced meat, chopped onion, garlic, and green chili.
Add garam masala and bread crumbs, then mix everything well to form a thick mixture.
Shape the mixture into small round or oval patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
Place the patties in the pan and cook for about 4–5 minutes on each side.
Fry until the patties become golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
