Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 220°C. 
  2.  Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking tray or pizza pan. 
  3.  Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. 
  4.  Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender. 
  5.  Spread mushrooms over the pizza base. 
  6.  Arrange tomato slices evenly on top. 
  7.  Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the toppings. 
  8.  Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. 
  9.  Bake for 15–18 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
