Lemon Tiramisu is a zesty twist on the classic Italian dessert, combining layers of light, citrusy cream with delicate ladyfingers soaked in lemon syrup. This refreshing dessert balances the sweetness of mascarpone with bright lemon flavors, making it perfect for spring and summer gatherings or as a lighter alternative to traditional tiramisu.
Brew a strong cup of lemon-infused syrup (or lemon juice mixed with sugar and water).
In a bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
Dip ladyfingers briefly into the lemon syrup, then layer them in a serving dish.
Spread half of the lemon mascarpone cream over the soaked ladyfingers.
Repeat with another layer of lemon-soaked ladyfingers and remaining cream.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours to set.
Before serving, garnish with lemon zest, a light dusting of powdered sugar, or candied lemon peel.

Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
Mascarpone cheese – 250 g
