Brown Butter Blueberry Peach Crisp is a warm, comforting dessert featuring juicy peaches and sweet blueberries topped with a nutty, buttery crumble. The rich aroma of browned butter enhances the crisp topping, creating a perfect contrast with the tender fruit beneath. Easy to make and naturally sweetened, this dessert is ideal for summer gatherings, cozy evenings, or anytime you crave a fruity, indulgent treat.

Cooking Method

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss gently and pour into the prepared baking dish.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and develops a nutty aroma. Remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Pour the browned butter over the mixture and stir until crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
