Cooking Method


  1.  In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cardamom, and salt. 
  2.  Add egg and coconut milk, then mix into a soft dough. 
  3.  Knead the dough until smooth. 
  4.  Let it rest for 20–30 minutes. 
  5.  Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes (triangles or squares). 
  6.  Heat oil in a deep pan. 
  7.  Fry the pieces until golden brown on both sides. 
  8.  Remove and drain excess oil. 
  9.  Serve warm or at room temperature.
