Cooking Method


  1.  In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and ginger-garlic paste. 
  2.  Add paneer, onion, and bell pepper. 
  3.  Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes. 
  4.  Thread onto skewers or place on a baking tray. 
  5.  Grill or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes. 
  6.  Turn occasionally for even cooking. 
  7.  Brush with oil if needed. 
  8.  Serve hot with chutney and lemon.
