 Grissini, also known as Italian Breadsticks, are thin, crispy, and golden-baked breadsticks with a light crunch and delicious savory flavor. Originating from Italy, these classic snacks are perfect as an appetizer, served with soups, salads, dips, or enjoyed as a simple homemade snack. 

Cooking Method

 

Mix flour, yeast, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. 

 Add warm water and knead into a smooth dough. 

 Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size. 

 Divide the dough into small portions and roll into thin sticks. 

 Place breadsticks on a baking tray and brush with olive oil. 

 Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes until crisp and golden. 

 Cool slightly and serve with dips or meals.
