Vegan Tofu Scramble

 A delicious and protein-packed Vegan Tofu Scramble that’s a perfect plant-based alternative to scrambled eggs. Made with crumbled tofu, fresh vegetables, and flavorful spices, this quick and easy dish is ideal for breakfast, brunch, or a light meal. Cooking Method

 

  1. Drain and press tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it with your hands or a fork. 
  2.  Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  3.  Add chopped onions and sauté until soft. 
  4.  Add vegetables like bell peppers, spinach, or tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. 
  5.  Add crumbled tofu to the pan and mix well. 
  6.  Season with turmeric, salt, black pepper, and optional spices for flavor. 
  7.  Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through. 
  8.  Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with toast or wraps.
