Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: lemon slices, veggies (broccoli, carrots, beans)
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a sheet pan with foil or baking paper.
- Mix honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper in a bowl.
- Place salmon on the pan, brush generously with the sauce.
- Add veggies around salmon (toss with a little oil, salt).
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon is flaky.
- Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for a caramelized top.
Serve hot with rice, potatoes, or salad 😋
