Cooking Method


  1.  Heat oil in a pan and lightly cook fish pieces until just done. Set aside. 
  2.  In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger. 
  3.  Add tomatoes and cook until soft. 
  4.  Mix in cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. 
  5.  Add bell peppers and cook for a few minutes. 
  6.  Add fish and gently stir to combine. 
  7.  Cook for 2–3 minutes until flavors blend. 
  8.  Garnish with fresh coriander. 
  9.  Serve hot.
