Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven and grease a pie dish. 
  2.  Cook onion and vegetables in butter until softened. 
  3.  Stir in flour and cook briefly.

  5.  Add chicken, salt, and pepper, then mix well. 
  6.  Place one pie crust into the dish. 
  7.  Fill with chicken mixture and cover with second crust. 
  8.  Seal edges and brush with egg wash. 
  9.  Bake until golden brown and bubbly. 
  10.  Cool slightly before serving.
