Cooking Method

 

  1. Finely chop the prepared snails and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic, chopped onion, and green onions.
  3. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir well until the filling is evenly combined.
  5. Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface.
  6. Add a small spoonful of snail filling in the center.
  7. Wet the edges of the wrapper with a little water.
  8. Fold the wrapper and press the edges to seal the dumpling.
  9. Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  10. Steam the dumplings for about 10–12 minutes until cooked.
  11. Serve hot with soy sauce or chili dipping sauce.
