In a bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag or spoon it carefully into the doughnut molds.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the doughnuts are set and lightly golden.
Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
Optional: drizzle with glaze or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
