Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 190°C. 
  2.  Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour. 
  3.  Place one crust in a baking dish. 
  4.  Add the apple filling evenly. 
  5.  Dot with butter. 
  6.  Cover with top crust or lattice. 
  7.  Seal edges and make small cuts. 
  8.  Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden. 
  9.  Cool before serving.
