Cooking Method


  1.  Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  2.  Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft. 
  3.  Add minced meat and cook until browned. 
  4.  Add cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. 
  5.  Cook for a few minutes until the mixture is well seasoned. 
  6.  Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave. 
  7.  Place the cooked meat mixture onto each tortilla. 
  8.  Add lettuce, tomatoes, and grated cheese on top. 
  9.  Drizzle with sour cream or sauce. 
  10.  Fold and serve immediately.
