Cooking Method


  1.  Place the roasted almonds into a food processor or high-speed blender. 
  2.  Blend until the almonds become finely ground. 
  3.  Continue blending as the almonds release their natural oils. 
  4.  Process until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. 
  5.  Add oil if a thinner consistency is desired. 
  6.  Mix in honey, maple syrup, vanilla, or salt if using. 
  7.  Blend again until fully incorporated. 
  8.  Scrape down the sides of the processor as needed. 
  9.  Transfer the almond butter to a clean airtight jar. 
  10.  Store in the refrigerator and stir before use if natural oil separation occurs.
