Cooking Method


  1.  Cut the pork into large chunks and season with salt and pepper. 
  2.  Heat oil in a pot and brown the pork pieces on all sides. 
  3.  Add garlic and onion, then sauté until fragrant. 
  4.  Pour in orange juice and lime juice. 
  5.  Add cumin powder and mix well. 
  6.  Cover and cook on low heat for about 1.5–2 hours until meat is tender. 
  7.  Shred the pork using a fork. 
  8.  Cook uncovered for a few minutes until edges become slightly crispy. 
  9.  Serve hot with tortillas or rice.
