Cooking Method


  1.  In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, spices, oil, salt, and pepper. 
  2.  Add lamb slices and marinate for at least 1 hour. 
  3.  Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. 
  4.  Cook lamb until tender and slightly charred. 
  5.  Warm the pita or flatbread. 
  6.  Fill bread with cooked lamb, vegetables, and sauce. 
  7.  Wrap tightly and serve hot.
