Melt the dark chocolate and butter together using a microwave or double boiler.
Add honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the melted mixture and stir well.
Mix in the oats and chopped nuts directly into the same pan (no separate bowl needed).
Stir until everything is well combined and coated with chocolate.
Transfer the mixture into a lined tray and spread evenly.
Press it firmly using a spoon or spatula.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
Cut into bars and serve.
