A traditional Indian comfort dinner made with lentils tempered with spices and served with rice.  

Cooking Method

 

Cook lentils until soft. In another pan heat ghee, add cumin seeds, garlic, and tomato. Mix this tempering into dal and simmer for 5 minutes.
