Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 190°C. 
  2.  Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic. 
  3.  Add lobster meat and cook briefly. 
  4.  Add cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. 
  5.  Stir in cheese and mix until smooth. 
  6.  Fill the mixture back into lobster shells. 
  7.  Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden on top. 
  8.  Serve hot.
