Lemon Blueberry Tart

Lemon Blueberry Tart is a refreshing and vibrant dessert featuring a crisp tart shell filled with tangy lemon curd and topped with plump, juicy blueberries. Cooking Method

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake a pre-prepared tart shell until lightly golden. Let it cool.
  2. Prepare lemon curd by whisking together lemon juice, zest, sugar, and eggs in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter until smooth.
  3. Pour the lemon curd into the cooled tart shell and smooth the surface.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Arrange fresh blueberries evenly on top of the set lemon curd.
  6. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or garnish with mint leaves before serving.
