Mango Pancakes

Cooking Method

 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. 
  2.  Add mango pulp, milk, and egg. Whisk to form a smooth batter. 
  3.  Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease with butter. 
  4.  Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread gently. 
  5.  Cook on medium heat until bubbles form on the surface. 
  6.  Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 
  7.  Repeat with the remaining batter. 
  8.  Serve warm with extra mango pulp, syrup, or honey.
