Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  2.  Melt butter in a pan and sauté leeks, onion, and garlic. 
  3.  Add chicken and mix well. 
  4.  Stir in flour, then add milk or cream gradually to form a creamy sauce. 
  5.  Season with salt and pepper. 
  6.  Pour filling into a baking dish. 
  7.  Cover with pastry dough. 
  8.  Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden. 
  9.  Serve hot.
