Cooking Method


  1.  Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. 
  2.  Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant. 
  3.  Pour in water or broth and bring to a boil.

  5.  Add fish pieces gently. 
  6.  Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. 
  7.  Simmer for 8–10 minutes until fish is cooked and tender. 
  8.  Add green onions and cook for another minute. 
  9.  Adjust seasoning if needed. 
  10.  Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
