Preheat oven:

Sauté base:
Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion, and cook until soft.
Add garlic & mushrooms:
Stir in garlic and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms release moisture and turn golden.
Add spices:
Sprinkle smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add beans:
Stir in cooked heirloom beans and combine everything evenly.
Transfer to casserole:
Move the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes until slightly crispy on top.
Serve:
Serve hot as a main dish or with tortillas, rice, or salad.
