Cooking Method

 

  1. Wash and finely chop all vegetables. 
  2.  In a large bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chili. 
  3.  Add chopped coriander leaves. 
  4.  Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt. 
  5.  Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad. 
  6.  Toss well until evenly mixed. 
  7.  Serve immediately for best freshness.
