Cooking Method

 

  1.  Heat oil in a pan. 
  2.  Add onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until soft. 
  3.  Add turmeric and curry leaves. 
  4.  Pour in coconut milk and mix well. 
  5.  Bring to a gentle simmer. 
  6.  Add fish pieces carefully. 
  7.  Cook on low heat until fish is tender. 
  8.  Adjust salt and consistency if needed. 
  9.  Simmer for a few more minutes. 
  10.  Serve hot.
